Born and raised in the Nation’s Capital (DMV), birthplace of Go-Go music, DJ Thrill has been involved in the music scene since he was five years old.  His father is DJ Chyll Will who been a DJ for over 35 years. Will apprenticed Rio Edwards, The founder of the Go-Go sound and Owner of Future Sounds and Records Facility. Will later transited to the Director of Music for the Facility.

Over the years, he’s expanded his skill set into the realm of Audio Engineering. He’s worked closely with some of the most prolific artist, producers and DJ know today. Most notable DJ Flex, WPGC 95.5, and The Legendary DJ Kool.

After DJing for years Will decided to take the next steps and walk in his purpose by establishing No Commercials International in 2015.  The company provides audio solutions for the Entertainment Industry ranging from, Destination Weddings, Live Sound, Concerts, to Family Cookouts. Will specializes in tracking, mixing and mastering, routing and production. No Commercials aims to create tailored made experience for everyone of life's memorable moments.

NCI is ever evolving and is working towards being active in the community to educate about the benefits of the full scope of audio engineering though STEM programs. No Commercials has partnered with the Non- Profit Organization Urban Yogic Wellness and Education to Restructure the Health and Wellness in the Community by the way of Sound.
